Refunds & Return Policy
Please choose your product carefully, as we don’t offer refunds and returns for over-orders or a change of mind.
Legacy Pools & Spas customers are required to accept full responsibility for their decision to purchase and for doing the due diligence that their purchase is correct before finilaising their order. Paying for your order is a commitment to the purchase. Your purchase order cannot be cancelled after payment has been made.
Unfortunately, our online pricing structure does not factor in the time and cost to always be returning leftover and unused items.
In the unlikely event that any of our products are to be faulty or defective, you may return the goods for replacement or refund (at our discretion). If you have received a faulty or defective product, please advise us within 48 hours.
Please note: We will not be responsible for (1) any damages or loss of goods that may occur after your order is delivered (2) damage that may occur to incorrect handling or unpacking of product (3) damage due to goods not being stored in a proper manner.
To make a claim on faulty or defective products you must notify us within 48 hours. Please email proof of purchase, photo evidence and description to admin@legacypoolsandspas.com.au
Return of goods is also accepted if our goods did not match our product description. Do not return goods without first contacting us and we have confirmed that you have a valid reason to return your goods. Photo evidence will need to be supplied or we may need to inspect the goods. Refunds may
take up to 21 days to process. For a return to be accepted you must notify us within 10 days.
We do not give refunds or returns for:
· Change of mind
· Over-orders
· Products that have been used or altered – NO EXCEPTIONS
· Freight charges
· Handling fees
· Packing fees
· Return freight charges
· Product items not returned within 7 days from date of Return/refund confirmation
